Materiale:
A soft and lovely mattress for yin yoga and other quiet forms of yoga, for breathing exercises and for meditation. Lying or sitting (folds double). Good for the back, head, etc. And good for not getting too much cold from the floor.
A pillow to sit on or for under the head.
A 6-ply carpet that is very popular. Such a rug that is a family favorite and is used all year round. It has weight without being heavy and it is soft and very lovely.
Everything is of course organic and clean for you, your skin and your meditative routines.
Pillow and mattress have removable and washable covers. When washing (30 or 40 degrees), remember to stretch into shape.
