By placing orders at www.theorganiccompany.dk or www.theorganiccompanydk.com, you agree to be bound by the general terms and conditions. Read it through carefully. The relevant language of the terms and conditions is the English language. Below we will refer to The Organic Company as "us", "our", "we" or simply "The Organic Company".
ORDERING PROCESS
When you have chosen one of our products on our webshop, you must choose the color and/or size you wish to order. The selected products are transferred to your shopping basket by clicking the 'Add to basket' button. You can either decide to add more products to your shopping cart or proceed to checkout by clicking the 'Checkout' button in your shopping cart. Please check that your order is correct before proceeding. When you press the 'Pay Now' button, you will be guided to our payment provider to provide credit card information. Check that everything is correct before continuing. Once you have placed the order, you will automatically be registered as a user of our website.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Check that all details are correct.
All orders accepted by us we will confirm by sending you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched - you will receive a confirmation once your order has been completed.
ORDER CONFIRMATION DONE
The purchase will only concern the products that we have confirmed in the confirmation of the completed order.
The order confirmation you receive via e-mail is your invoice. It can be used just like the one you get on the 'Thank you for your order' page that appears on the screen right after you finish ordering.
PAYMENT
The amount is deducted when the item is dispatched. If several items have been ordered in the same order and one or more of the items cannot be delivered immediately, we will only deduct the payment for the item(s) when the items are dispatched.
PRODUCTS SOLD OUT
The Organic Company reserves the right to ship orders partially when ordered products are not in stock. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if ordered items are no longer available in our store. In these cases, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this website are error-free.
We endeavor to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, the colors shown on the screen may differ from the actual colors, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor will show the exact color of the product or products.
Product prices may change over time, and we endeavor to limit the number of price errors. We reserve the right to change prices on our webshop at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders for which we have sent a completed order confirmation.
The price currency on our website is set as Danish Crowns (DKK). All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable when your order is placed. The VAT rate may vary according to EC rules within the community or other applicable international laws. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes which are collected when your package reaches your country. All product prices listed on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. "Show shipping costs" in the shopping cart, there is an option to calculate correct shipping costs.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date the order was placed, and estimated delivery time is 2-5 days.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. In the event of delays caused by our forwarders, The Organic Company is not held responsible.
We ship orders to worldwide, but please note our local tax terms and check your countries shipping price when checking out.
REGRET
If you regret the choice of your order and wish to return one or more products, please notify us by e-mail to info@theorganiccompany.dk and return it to:

within 14 days from the day you received the package. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice.
The product or products must show no signs of use and the original labels and hangtags must be in their original position. Please note that you are responsible for selecting a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, and The Organic Company cannot be held responsible for shipping costs.
As soon as your order reaches our office, we will refund you the money.
WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
If there is something wrong with your item, you have the right to complain about the defective item in accordance with non-derogable consumer protection legislation applicable in the country where you have your habitual residence. You, who live in Denmark, have the right to advertise for 24 months from the date of receipt of the item.
We will evaluate any cases of complaints individually.
When you want to file a complaint, the first thing you have to do is send us an e-mail to info@theorganiccompany.dk containing a description and pictures of the problem. Also attach a copy of the invoice. We ask that you complete this process before returning the product(s).
In cases where the complaint is justified, we will send you a return label by e-mail.

When returning an order, you are responsible for selecting a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Make sure to send a copy of your invoice along.
EXCHANGE
Please note that The Organic Company does not exchange the returned products, but only refunds the purchase. If you need a different product, follow the returns guide above and place a new order. Further questions can be asked by contacting info@theorganiccompany.dk.
Exact shipping prices are indicated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of the products. Customers outside the EU may be required to pay customs and import fees when the order reaches its destination. These charges will be paid in full by the recipient of the package.
You will receive a link to track your order once your order has been shipped.
In the event that your order is returned to The Organic Company due to failure to collect the package, entering an incorrect address or any other error caused by you as a customer, we may resend your order after confirming this with you.
RESPONSIBILITY
Our liability in connection with any products purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of those products. This does not include or in any way limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for anything which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude from our liability.
We accept no liability for loss of income, revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or for indirect or consequential damages of any kind that may arise and whether or not due to tort ( including negligence ), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Applicable law requires that some of the information or notices we send to you must be in writing. When you use our website, you agree that communication with us will mainly be via e-mail. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. By placing an order on our website, you accept this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
NOTICES
If you want to communicate with us about your purchase, you must use info@theorganiccompany.dk . We may notify you either by this email or the email you provide when placing an order, or by any of the means set out above. In connection with a notification, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post, and in the case of an e-mail, such e-mail was sent to the designated email address.

All your personal information is handled in strict confidence. The Organic Company (referring to the websites, theorganiccompany.dk & theorganiccompanyshop.dk) will never give any of your personal information to third parties.
For the security of your personal information, we use SSL encryption on all data to and from the site. The terms of use are observed in accordance with Danish law, and the Danish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these terms and conditions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure event includes any act, non-compliance, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: lockouts, strikes or other industrial action; civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threats or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, submersion, epidemic or other natural disaster; the impossibility of using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other public or private means of transport, the impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks and the laws, decrees, other laws, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions will be deemed to be suspended during the Force Majeure event period and we will have an extension of delivery time throughout that period. We will endeavor to end the Force Majeure Event or find a solution whereby our obligations under the Contract can be fulfilled despite the Force Majeure Event.
