Shipping & delivery

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. In the event of delays caused by our forwarder, The Organic Company cannot be held responsible.

We ship orders worldwide, but please note our local tax terms and check shipping rates for your country when checking out. To find a local dealer shop, you can visit the dealer map on our company website www.theorganiccompany.dk.

Exact shipping prices are indicated at checkout and depend on the destination and the weight of the products. Customers outside the EU may be required to pay customs and import fees when the order reaches its destination. These charges will be paid in full by the recipient of the package.

You will receive a link to track and follow your order after your order has been shipped.

If your order is returned to The Organic Company due to failure to collect the package, entering an incorrect address or any other error caused by you as a customer, we may resend your order after confirming this with you.
