Article: Sharing knowledge

Sharing knowledge
Knowledge grows when it is shared
At The Organic Company, we believe responsibility is not only about the products we create.
It is also about the knowledge we share.
Over the years, we have opened our doors to students, interns and curious professionals who want to better understand the textile industry from the inside. Not only how products are made, but also the choices, compromises and consequences behind them.
When students meet Joy at the office, it is not just about getting answers.
It is about bridging the gap between theory and reality.
This is where the solutions of the future begin to take shape. Through questions, reflection and conversations about materials, responsibility and new ways of thinking about business.
But sharing knowledge does not stop at our own office.
Joy regularly visits schools, companies and conferences to give talks and share insights from the industry. About textiles. About responsibility. About consumption. And about how businesses can take a more active role in creating the change we need.
We also take part in regenerative business meetings, where we gather with other like-minded companies to rethink the way business is done.
For us, this matters.
Because no company creates change alone.
When we share knowledge, challenge each other and learn together, we create movement.
And perhaps most importantly:
We give the next generation better conditions to do better than we did.
