REGRET
If you regret choosing your organic order and wish to return one or more products, please notify us via e-mail to info@theorganiccompany.dk - and return it to:

Within 14 days from the day you received the package. Make sure to send a copy of your invoice. The return package must be delivered to the physical address, not pakkehshop.

The product or products must show no signs of use and the original labels and hangtags must be in their original position.

Please note that you are responsible for selecting a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, and we cannot be held responsible for shipping costs.

As soon as your order reaches our warehouse, we will refund you the money.

WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
We will evaluate any cases of complaints individually.

When you want to file a complaint, the first thing you have to do is send us an e-mail to info@theorganiccompany.dk containing a description and pictures of the problem. Also attach a copy of your invoice.

We ask that you complete this process before returning the product(s).

In cases where the complaint is justified, we will send you a return label by e-mail.

When returning an order, you are responsible for selecting a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Make sure to send a copy of your invoice.


EXCHANGE
Please note that The Organic Company does not exchange the returned products, but only refund the purchase. If you need a different product, please follow the return guide above and place a new order. For further questions, please contact: info@theorganiccompany.dk.
